A project management is the process by which the entire team work together efficiently and effectively to achieve a specific goal . Team leader should be able to identify the project possibilities, estimate the cost and thus anticipate how the project will be completed .each clients projects will be different ,so the ideas of the parties must be included and each project come out creatively because each project is unique .

time is very important for a project to know exactly when to start and when to end and each member must strictly adhere the rules as well . Project management is the discipline of planning and executing projects and the given goal should be executed using the plan.

Each project should be evaluated and a suitable project method should be selected from it and the project report should be submitted .

  • Project implementation

Here the phase where vision and plans becomes reality. putting the project into action .here the project manager will coordinate ,direct project resources to meet the objectives of the project plan. It facilitates the execution of strategies and plan for a company.

  • Project follow up and evaluation

After a project has been completed , follow up is an essential component in the evaluation and monitoring phases. Post completion follow unsure the suitability of the project and allows you to monitor and communicate the developments .
